What is Brikline?
Brikline is an AI construction operating system for home builders. It handles the admin work (inbox sorting, RFQs, quote comparison, purchase orders, scheduling and cash flow) and a person on your team approves every consequential action.
Will it send emails without me knowing?
No. Brikline drafts replies, RFQs, purchase orders and supplier notices, but nothing is sent until someone on your team clicks to send it.
How does it compare quotes?
Supplier replies are turned into structured quotes and compared against the scope in your original RFQ, not just against each other on price. If a supplier quoted less than you asked for, or added items you didn't request, Brikline flags it.
Which email systems does it work with?
Microsoft 365 (Outlook) and Gmail. You keep using your mailbox as normal.
Does it work with Xero?
Yes. Approved purchase orders sync to Xero.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything the AI isn't confident about goes to a review queue for a person to approve or reject. Every draft is editable, and you can open the original email behind any AI summary to check it yourself.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users. There are seven roles: Director/CEO, Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Accounts, Estimator/Procurement, AI Agent and System Administrator.
Is my data visible to other builders?
No. Every record belongs to one organisation, and other organisations cannot see it.
Can Brikline staff see my data?
No. Platform administrators manage organisations, not records. They cannot browse your business data.
Do I have to use the full 189-activity rule book?
No. Add activities one at a time, only the ones a project needs. Loading the whole rule book is an option, not the default.
What happens when I move a date?
Brikline walks the whole dependency chain and moves every dependent activity, skipping weekends. Each affected supplier gets an editable notice drafted for you, with a brief apology when a date genuinely changed. Notices are sent only when you approve them.
How long does setup take?
Most of setup is connecting your mailbox and Xero and onboarding your team. We'll give you a timeline on your demo call.
Do I need to change how my team works?
No. You keep your mailbox and your accounting system. Brikline works alongside them.
How much does it cost?
