- Every record belongs to one organisation, and every query is limited to it. Other builders on Brikline can’t see your leads, quotes, schedules or finances.
- Our staff can’t browse your records
- Platform administrators manage organisations. They can’t open your business data.
- Seven roles
- Director/CEO, Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Accounts, Estimator/Procurement, AI Agent and System Administrator. Each person gets the access their job needs.
- You approve every action
- No email, payment or supplier commitment goes out until someone on your team clicks to approve it.
- The assistant is read-only
- It can answer questions about your data. It can’t send, approve or change anything.
- Credentials are encrypted
- The credentials for your mailbox and Xero connections are stored encrypted.
- One mailbox, if you want
- With Microsoft 365, your IT administrator can limit Brikline to a single mailbox instead of the whole organisation.
- Where it’s hosted
- Brikline is hosted in Sydney, Australia.
- How the AI reads your email
- To sort emails and write drafts, email content is processed by a third-party AI provider. It is used only to provide the service to you.
