How it works

Brikline does the legwork. You make the calls.

What happens between an email arriving and the books lining up. Brikline reads, sorts and drafts. People make the decisions.

  1. Step 1: Mail arrives.

    Brikline

Brikline watches the mailbox you connect, Outlook (Microsoft 365) or Gmail. New mail is picked up automatically. You keep working in your inbox as usual.

  2. Step 2: It classifies and routes.

    Brikline

Each email is labelled as a client inquiry, supplier quote, invoice, general or other, with a confidence score. High-confidence items become records: a new lead, or a quote matched to its RFQ. Anything uncertain goes to the review queue for a person to approve or reject.

  3. Step 3: It drafts the next step.

    Brikline

A reply to the enquiry. An RFQ built from schedule activities. A comparison of quotes against the scope you requested. A purchase order. A supplier notice when a date moves. Every draft is editable, and you can ask the AI to revise it.

  4. Step 4: You approve.

    Your team

One click to send, or edit first. No email sends, no payment moves and no commitment reaches a supplier until someone on your team clicks. The original email is always one click away if you want to check the AI's reading.

  5. Step 5: The schedule stays live.

    Brikline drafts, you approve

Change one activity and the cascade walks the whole dependency chain, skipping weekends. Each affected supplier gets a drafted notice, with a brief apology when a date genuinely changed. You approve each one.

  6. Step 6: Finance reconciles itself.

    Brikline

Approved purchase orders sync to Xero. Supplier invoices are matched against them and mismatches are flagged. The cash flow forecast and the executive briefing update from the same live data.
