How Brikline collects, uses and protects information. This is a working draft.
What data we collect
[DRAFT] Account information for your users (name, work email, role), organisation details, and the business records you create in Brikline such as leads, RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, schedules and invoices.
[DRAFT] Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in events and error logs.
Mailbox content processing
[DRAFT] When you connect a mailbox (Microsoft 365 or Gmail), Brikline reads incoming email in that mailbox to classify it and prepare drafts. Your IT administrator can limit Microsoft 365 access to a single mailbox.
[DRAFT] Brikline sends email only when a user on your team explicitly approves it.
AI providers
[DRAFT] Email content and related records are processed by a third-party AI provider to classify messages and generate drafts. Name the provider(s), their location and their data-use terms here.
Retention
[DRAFT] How long each type of data is kept, and what happens to your data when your subscription ends.
Security
[DRAFT] Every record is scoped to one organisation. Connection credentials are stored encrypted. Platform administrators manage organisations but cannot browse business records. Hosting location to be confirmed.
Your rights
[DRAFT] How users can access, correct, export or delete their personal information, and how to make a complaint, under applicable privacy law.
Contact
[DRAFT] Privacy enquiries: add the official privacy contact address and the legal entity name here.
